St. Martin's Bakery has been converted from a granite lobster-pot maker's barn by Toby Tobin-Dougan who bakes and supplies St. Martin's and the other islands with an amazing range of organic breads, pastries, pies and tarts, all produced on the premises using organic flour and locally produced fish, meat, vegetables and herbs.
